Meet Our Worcester Dental Staff
Yanira Santos – Office Manager
Yanira was born in Puerto Rico. She graduated from the American University of Puerto Rico in 2007 and is bilingual. She proudly served our country in the Air Force for two years. In 2011, she attended and graduated with her certification in Dental Assisting from Everest Institute. Her initial role in our practice was Clinical Supervisor. However, it didn’t take long for upper management to see her potential. Her work ethic and commitment to the office and our patients excelled. In 2015, she was promoted to Office Manager. Yanira embraced her new position and continuously refines her management skills through workshops and seminars. She has collectively earned the trust and respect from our patients, her peers, and upper management. She utilizes her problem solving finesse to deliver superior patient service. Yanira enjoys traveling, meeting new people and her two dogs. Her compassion (and trips home to Puerto Rico) is how her dogs Precious and Lucky, once abandoned, came into her life as rescues. On her visits home, you'll find her buying pounds of dog food to help feed the areas homeless dogs. Her trips home potentially mean her returning with even more dogs.

Her warm and pleasant personality makes your visits delightful. Pat originated from the Worcester area and lived briefly in the Berkshires with her husband Glenn where they raised their two daughters. Fortunately for our office, she recently moved back to the Worcester area; joining our family in 2015. In her spare moments, she enjoys gardening, cooking, long walks with her dog Charlie and spending time with her husband and two adult daughters. Sitting around the backyard fire pit and relaxing with family is her idea of a perfect evening.
