Orthodontic Treatment from Invisalign® Certified Dentists
Orthodontics benefits patients for a variety of reasons, in addition to improving the appearance of the smile. Straight teeth improve your ability to thoroughly clean on and around teeth, reducing the risk for cavities or bacterial buildup. In addition, people with aligned teeth feel a greater sense of confidence in their smile. Do you want to straighten your teeth, but are not interested in braces? We are certified in Invisalign® orthodontics, a minimally-invasive alternative to traditional metal braces, that straightens teeth through a series of custom, clear aligners. Our experienced team is skilled at utilizing the software and technology to create digital treatment plans that are personalized for the best outcomes. Your Invisalign treatment will be backed by this expertise and monitored by our same team the entire time. We can help you discreetly achieve a straighter, brighter smile!
Is Invisalign® Right for Me?
Invisalign is ideal for correcting a wide range of occlusal issues, such as gapped or crowded teeth. Teeth are straightened over time with a series of clear aligners that are replaced every 1-2 weeks. These aligners must be worn between 20-22 hours each day and removed for eating and drinking, except for water. Because the aligners are removable, they require a certain level of patient compliance in order to be successful at straightening your teeth. Invisalign Teen® includes additional features and compliance indicators to better track progress. We recommend Invisalign for adults and responsible teens looking to straighten their teeth comfortably and inconspicuously.
Invisalign can correct the following issues:
- Gapped teeth
- Crowded teeth
- Open bite
The Invisalign® Process
Invisalign treatment begins with a comprehensive consultation at our office. Together, we can decide if this treatment will be most beneficial for you. If yes, we scan your teeth and use this information to digitally map out your treatment plan from start to finish. You will be able to visualize what your smile can look like before treatment even begins! Once we finalize your digital plan, your custom aligners are created in a state-of-the-art dental lab. The state of your teeth will determine the length of your treatment time, during which you will visit our office so we can be sure your teeth are being straightened in the most ideal way possible.
